John is well-known in the banking industry having been a Partner and Financial Services Group Leader for Moss Adams LLP for 28 years. He was responsible for leading approximately 135 professionals serving over 500 public and non‐public financial institutions from de novo status to over $20 billion in asset size and generating more than $35 million in revenues. John is highly credible with public company and financial institution regulators through his years of helping clients navigate rules, assisting them in implementing regulations, and applying guidance in responding to regulatory orders, directives and written agreements. At Gelde, John utilizes his wide ranging skills and expertise to assist clients in solving complex business and strategic issues, and develop optimal resolution strategies to achieve their goals.

Marty is a seasoned real estate developer and business consultant with over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate investment properties. He provided oversight of the planning, predevelopment, financing, and construction activities, and with a particular skillset in managing complex entitlement and regulatory approval processes. He successfully completed 21 projects and demonstrated a high commitment to detail and expertise in risk management practices. Marty also was a licensed securities broker and investment banker. At Gelde he provides a wealth of real estate knowledge to help clients navigate their ongoing capital needs and identify prudent solutions.
